2150 Keith Drive

2150 Keith Drive, located in East Vancouver’s False Creek Flats, is pushing the boundaries of sustainable design with the development of this ten-storey mass timber office building. Covering approximately 160,000 square feet and including four levels of underground parking, the project sets a new benchmark for environmentally responsible commercial spaces.

Designed to meet the standards of LEED Gold and targeting the AIA 2030 Challenge toward carbon neutral buildings, this development incorporates sustainability at every level. A key feature is its fully electrified infrastructure, eliminating reliance on natural gas. The project currently performs to BC Energy Step Code 3 standards.

2150 Keith Drive was selected as a winner of the first CleanBC Better Buildings competition, which is part of the Net-Zero Energy-Ready Challenge (NZERC).

The building will include office spaces, wellness and social spaces, flexible meeting areas, and a rooftop deck.
