Tresah at Speed and Frances

The Tresah residential development in Victoria’s Burnside-Gorge neighbourhood, provides affordable and diverse housing options with future-proof, sustainable building technology, within an interconnected and accessible community. The project consists of a 12-storey mass timber West building with 179 market homes and a 6-storey wood-framed East building with 66 homes, as well as a single-level underground parkade. The East building features an affordable homes component, in partnership with BC Housing. The site also includes a loading bay, garbage area, common patio, and green roof areas.
