UBC Elevator Modernizations

This project consisted of elevator modernizations for two elevators, one an electric traction elevator and the other a hydraulic elevator, located in the Chemistry Building, Block D (2036 Main Mall) and the Food, Nutrition and Health Building (2205 East Mall), respectively.

The challenges associated with work in the Chemistry Building, Block D inherent with the age and heritage classification, and had been considered accordingly during the design phase.
